Does life change when you reach the age of fifty? For some it does especially if you are a God and you live in ancient Greece and you are related to Zeus the God of Gods. Our hero Dionysus is the god of wine and he enjoys having a good time. He drinks wine excessively and chases young women interminably but there is a change coming in his exotic and raunchy lifestyle when ha awakens on the morning of his fiftieth birthday to find that suddenly there is upheaval in his life. This is a hilariously funny piece of theatre adapted from a story by Garrison Keilor by the director Gus Hanley. If you want a good laugh to banish the recessionary blues then you will certainly enjoy our production of “On Turning 50?lt;/strong>.
